Jonathan has over 7 years of experience in guiding people with limited to no gym experience to feel more comfortable in the gym. His 1-on-1 coaching sessions have allowed his clients to perfect their form, help set long-term realistic goals, be kept accountable, and most importantly, minimize time wasted, and maximize results.
Over 200 clients have been coached long term around their busy schedules and other limitations. We make it our mission to accommodate to your schedule with a customizable training plan. Seeing clients get further than they thought possible without having to sacrifice their life, is our philosophy here at QualityFit.
Jonathan achieves this through the application of knowledge acquired by studying the science of training & nutrition for over 12 years. This includes international seminars (training, nutrition, & psychology), courses, self studying , coaching experience, and having informative relationships with world renowned coaches.

We understand that coaching is useless and a waste of time, effort, and money unless there are (visible/physical) results.
Jonathan’s personalized coaching plans revolve around the client’s optimized workout schedule, goals, and limitations. He will gain an understanding of all of these conditions in the prerequisite intake call once you’ve booked a call for coaching.
Single Sessions
In our single sessions, clients are able to understand the basics of how to operate different types of gym equipment and begin to feel more comfortable in a gym environment.
Weekly Sessions (/m)
In our weekly sessions, we provide 1-on-1 coaching that will include a personalized plan with nutritional help catered to your specific goals. Jonathan will also be available for questions, concerns, and any adjustments necessary according to your progress or unplanned life events.
